Kas yra DV failai?
Skaitmeninio vaizdo (DV) failas - tai skaitmeniniu fotoaparatu sukurtas failas, įrašytas standartiniu neapdorotų vaizdų formatu. Jį sudaro skaitmeninės sąsajos blokai (Digital Interface Blocks, DIF), kurių kiekvienas yra 80 baitų dydžio.
Kokie yra DV formato privalumai ir trūkumai?
DV formatas yra daugialypės terpės standartas dabartiniame skaitmeninio turinio pasaulyje. Jis turi šių privalumų ir trūkumų:

DV formatu įrašomas PCM garsas be suspaudimo.
Galimos dvi garso konfigūracijos. Viena iš jų leidžia įrašyti 2 garso kanalus 48 kHz ir 16 bitų dažniu, o kita - 4 kanalus 32 kHz ir 12 bitų dažniu.
Dviejų kanalų, 48 kHz, 16 bitų konfigūracijos kokybė yra šiek tiek geresnė nei kompaktinio disko (CD).

Skirtingos programos DV failus gali naudoti skirtingiems tikslams, todėl gali tekti išbandyti kelias iš jų, kad atidarytumėte konkretų failą.

Kas yra DV skiriamoji geba?
DV yra suspaustas, bet aukštos kokybės vaizdo formatas, kuriame naudojami standartiniai 4:3 ekrano matmenys. Šį formatą naudoja beveik visos skaitmeninės vaizdo kameros ir kompiuteriniai vaizdo redagavimo paketai. DV naudoja 480 eilučių vertikaliąją skiriamąją gebą, o dauguma kompiuterinių redagavimo paketų šiuos signalus verčia į 720 x 480 vaizdą.
Kas yra DV išvestis?

DV is a digital-video format used by tape camcorders, often stored as a raw DV stream or inside AVI or MOV.
What this converter actually supports
Convertr uses the deployed FFmpeg toolchain for published audio and video routes. A container such as MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, or WebM can hold different codecs, so the file extension alone does not guarantee that a particular player will accept the contents.
Convert DV footage to MP4 for viewing while retaining the original DV file as an archive master.
The public upload limit is 1 GB. Convertr does not reduce dimensions, duration, resolution, or output quality merely to manage worker load.
Quality and format limits
Keep the original dimensions and frame rate unless you intentionally need a smaller result. Remuxing compatible streams avoids re-encoding; changing codecs is lossy, so repeated conversions should be avoided.
DV is interlaced and chroma-subsampled; deinterlacing or resizing choices affect the result.

Choose one of these implemented routes; a listed extension is not a promise that every codec variant will decode.
Check that the file opens in its original application, is not encrypted or DRM-protected, and really matches its extension. A damaged header, unsupported internal codec, missing linked asset, or mislabeled file can fail even when DV is generally supported. Try a different published target only when it fits your goal; changing the extension by hand does not convert the file.
