- Layers, editable vectors, camera-raw controls, animation, high bit depth, and metadata are preserved only when PSD supports them.
- Codec and quality implications
- Color profile handling, bit depth, chroma sampling, and compression settings can change appearance or file size.
- Realistic limitations
- Multi-page, layered, animated, camera-raw, or very large images may be flattened, reduced to one frame, or rejected if the decoder cannot safely read them.

- Download the PSD file and check the result before deleting your source.
