You can check public http and https URLs on standard web ports. Private, local, reserved, and internal network targets are blocked.
Does the checker follow redirects?
Yes. Redirects are followed manually up to a small bounded limit, and each redirect target is validated before another request is made.
Are full target URLs sent to analytics?
No. Analytics events use safe buckets such as scheme, status range, redirect count, header count, and failure reason.
