Australian Property Listings CSV Exporter

Research current Australian property listings by location and channel, compare one bounded result page, and export a clean CSV or JSON file.

Enter an Australian suburb, postcode, region, or school area. The closest supported location is shown before the results.

Property types (up to 5)

Australia-only source and freshness

Results come from current public realestate.com.au listing search data through Scrappa. This tool covers Australia only, is not affiliated with realestate.com.au, is not an MLS, and does not claim complete market coverage. Status, sold dates, and displayed prices may be stale, withheld, ranged, auction-based, or otherwise ambiguous.

Research, not valuation advice

Use the export as a short-lived research snapshot. It is not a property valuation, appraisal, financial recommendation, or substitute for checking the source listing. Results are not saved by Convertr, and exports omit descriptions, agent identities, agency details, media, and internal listing IDs.

Australian Property Listings Exporter

Search a bounded page of current Australian buy, rent, or sold listings and export the returned fields.

Input
An Australian location or search phrase, listing type, filters, and page choice.
Output
The current result page as a minimal CSV or JSON export.
Real limitations
Results depend on the upstream listing source, are page-bounded, may be delayed, and are not a complete market record or valuation.
Privacy and data handling
an Australian location or search phrase, listing type, filters, and page choice is sent to Convertr and, when required, the named upstream data service. Do not submit secrets or private URLs. The page does not claim that remote results are complete, permanent, or private to the upstream provider.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter an Australian location or search phrase, listing type, filters, and page choice and choose the available filters.
  2. Start the lookup and wait for the remote response.
  3. Review the current result page as a minimal CSV or JSON export; export it only when the page provides an export action.

Common failure modes

A vague location, unavailable upstream page, rate limit, or a search with no matching listings can return an empty or failed result.

Useful example

Search sold apartments in Newcastle NSW, then export the returned address, price, bedroom, and source-link fields to CSV.
