Which bitrate presets are supported?
We support six standard presets: 64 kbps, 96 kbps, 128 kbps, 192 kbps, 256 kbps, and 320 kbps. Bitrate changes happen solely because you select them.
Does increasing the bitrate improve audio quality?
No. Re-encoding compressed audio (e.g. upsampling a 128 kbps MP3 to 320 kbps) cannot restore lost detail. It only makes the file larger without any improvements.
