How are BibTeX entry types mapped to RIS?

Standard entry types like article, book, inproceedings are mapped to JOUR, BOOK, CHAP respectively, defaulting to GEN if unknown.

BibTeX "and"-separated authors are parsed and emitted as multiple "AU" tags in the RIS output.
