DCR
DCR is the camera RAW format of Kodak digital cameras. It stores unprocessed sensor data for later adjustment in RAW editors. Kodak no longer makes these cameras and app support is limited, so DCR files are often converted to JPG, PNG, or TIFF.

TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) is a flexible raster image format for high-quality images. It supports lossless compression, high bit depth, layers, and multiple pages, which makes it a standard for printing, scanning, and archiving. TIFF files are large, so they are often converted to JPG or PNG for sharing.
DCR is the image source or target format for this conversion path.
TIFF can store high-bit-depth, multi-page, lossless, or uncompressed raster data.
The DCR pixels are decoded and written using TIFF compression and color capabilities.
Uploads and converted files are processed automatically and irreversibly deleted within 24 hours. You can delete them sooner with the delete control. Convertr does not read, mine, sell, or manually review file contents.
