- Real limitations
- Remote images, fonts and style sheets are not loaded. Attachments are listed but not converted into the PDF. Encrypted (S/MIME) content cannot be shown.
- Privacy and data handling
- The file is uploaded to a Convertr server only after you start. It is processed automatically, and the source and result files are deleted automatically after a short time.

Common failure modes
A truncated file, a broken MIME structure or an unsupported encoding is reported instead of guessed.

Is my email uploaded or stored?
The file is uploaded to a Convertr server only to create the PDF. It is never sent, searched or connected to an account, and the files are deleted automatically after a short time.
Why do some images show as “External image not loaded”?
Images that the email loads from the internet are not downloaded. This keeps tracking pixels from reporting that you opened the message. Images that are included in the email itself are shown.
Are attachments included in the PDF?
Attachments are listed with their names and sizes, but they are not converted into the PDF. You can download them with the EML Attachment Extractor.
Can I convert a whole mailbox to PDF?
Yes. Open the MBOX file in the MBOX Viewer, select the messages and choose PDF. Several messages download as one ZIP with one PDF per message.
